Superflame System
The Superflame® combustion system of the wood-burning cookers consists of the combination of a combustion chamber, made of refractory material, and a specific geometry of air flow. This allows to preheat the air and mainly the secondary, and not primary, air intake. The perfect placement of the secondary air entry finishes this innovative system. The wood burns more effectively resulting in higher performance, lower consumption, and lower emissions. These excellent results are achieved also with thanks to the great quantity of certified refractory material of the combustion chamber and the flue smoke system. The thickness of the refractory material allows storage of a great quantity of heat which is produced during combustion. It constantly and gradually releases heat over hours, even when the fire isn’t burning.
